Join us for an afternoon of yin yoga, restorative yoga, sound healing, and seasonal reflection as we honor the final bloom of spring and gently prepare for the warmth of summer.
We’ll move through a grounding yin + restorative practice with Hannah designed to calm the nervous system, open the body, and create space for ease. We’ll move into a nourishing sound healing journey by Tatiana and be guided through intention setting under the full moon to honor what has grown and welcome what comes next.
