DÓCHAS SCHOOL OF YOGA
Dóchas School of Yoga offers immersive and experiential trainings throughout the year. Rooted in tradition and offering experiences through different yoga lineages, our trainings and events are designed to foster self inquiry, deepen your practice, and create union within oneself, and with others.
A TRADITIONAL 200 HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
Led by Hannah Colbert of Dóchas School of Yoga, Erika Halaby of Rooted Rose Recreation, and a team of experienced teachers, this traditional 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training unfolds from summer into the harvest season through immersive weekend intensives, experiential workshops, and select virtual sessions.
Together, we walk the path of the yogi; building community, deepening our devotion to the roots of yoga, and stepping confidently into the seat of the teacher. Our journey concludes with a New England graduation retreat weekend in Rumney, NH.
