Join Erin at Dóchas House of Yoga for a grounding practice designed to help you reset and reconnect. We’ll begin with a slow, intentional flow to awaken the body, release tension, and connect breath with movement. From there, we’ll soften into yin postures held with time and ease to support flexibility, nervous system regulation, and inner stillness.
Expect a balanced evening of movement and rest; strength and softness.
