Join us for a hands-on workshop led by Led by Robert Mulroy, DPT of Aligned Performance, designed to release tension, improve mobility, and help you move with greater ease! 

We’ll focus on simple, effective techniques to target common areas of tightness like the hips, shoulders, and back. Through guided release and intentional movement, you’ll learn how to reduce pain and stiffness, increase range of motion, and support your body beyond the mat.

This workshop follows a practical approach: release, move, and reinforce; helping your body not only open, but integrate lasting change.
