Join Cara of Dóchas House of Yoga as we welcome the season of spring and all it has to offer! We’ll begin with movement in a Sweat & Surrender yoga class; an energizing vinyasa flow balanced with restorative postures and deep rest in savasana to close. From there, we’ll transition into meditation, journaling, and a special intention-setting ritual to honor the shift into a new season.
Then, we celebrate! Enjoy light snacks, connection, and time to gather with your community.
