Yoga by the Sea: Outdoor Yoga

Take your practice outdoors and meet us by the water for a summer series of open air vinyasa yoga classes at Forest River Park! Expect a grounding, breath-led yoga practice, with a long savasana to bring spaciousness to the weekend. 

All levels welcome! Bring a mat, water, and anything you need to feel comfortable outdoors. 

After parking, walk down the path into the park for about 2–5 minutes. Class meets at the last picnic area on the left, near the water. Look for the Dóchas setup!
