NOSARA, COSTA RICA retreat

Nosara, Costa Rica • November 28 – December 5, 2026

RETURN TO YOUR TRUE NATURE IN NOSARA: WHERE THE JUNGLE MEETS THE SEA

Immerse yourself in the vibrant beauty of Costa Rica for a soul-nourishing, nature-rooted retreat designed to awaken your senses, ground your spirit, and reconnect you with the elements.

Join Hannah Colbert, founder of Dóchas House of Yoga, alongside retreat co-leaders Erika Halaby and Wendy Hernandez, in the coastal paradise of Nosara where the jungle meets the sea.

Surrounded by lush rainforest, golden beaches, and the healing rhythm of the Pacific Ocean, each day begins with energizing Vinyasa flow and closes with deeply restorative evening practices including Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, meditation, breathwork, and sound baths under the stars.

All levels are welcome! Our experienced retreat leaders are excited to welcome you. Simply bring an open heart and a love for nature.

Nosara is one of Costa Rica’s most magical coastal towns; a place where jungle, ocean, wildlife, and wellness culture meet.

Known for its beautiful beaches, vibrant yoga community, and protected nature reserves, Nosara offers the perfect balance of adventure and tranquility.

During our retreat you may experience:

• Surfing the Pacific waves
• Horseback riding along jungle trails
• Ziplining through rainforest canopy
• Exploring charming local towns
• Spa treatments and wellness experiences
• Wildlife sightings including sloths, monkeys, and sea turtles

December is an especially beautiful time to visit Costa Rica and ideal for nature lovers.
