Join Harrison of Dóchas House of Yoga for an evening of Kundalini Yoga: An Energetic Exploration!
We all know how to work with the physical body; we stretch, strengthen, and train it. Kundalini Yoga applies that same idea to the energetic body. Just like the body, our energy needs movement, circulation, and attention.
This workshop is an introduction to Kundalini Yoga as a practical, experiential way to work with energy and awareness. Through breath, movement, mantra, and meditation, you’ll learn how these tools affect your internal state and help organize attention, rather than forcing stillness or “quieting the mind.”
The goal is not to fix anything, but to understand how energy moves and settles; so you can feel clearer, lighter, and more grounded afterward.
We’ll close with a few supported, still shapes to allow the practice to integrate and land, so you can actually feel the effects before leaving.
All levels welcome. No prior Kundalini experience needed.
